A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m Nick Magdon, a Loan Officer with Mid Atlantic Funding, where I've been helping clients navigate the mortgage process since 2020. Based in Virginia and licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, I work with all types of buyers but specialize in supporting first-time homebuyers and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) investors.
Whether it's your first home or your next investment property, I focus on clear communication, smart financing strategies, and getting you to the closing table with confidence. And through our network of wholesale lenders, we have access to various products that can fit each buyer’s unique scenario.
Outside of work, I'm a husband, a proud father to two awesome boys and a Penn State graduate. In my free time, you'll often find me on the golf course, biking around the neighborhood, hiking with my family, or unwinding by the backyard bonfire. These moments help me recharge and stay energized, so I can continue delivering top-notch service to my clients.
