A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Tia Polizzi!

I'm a creative problem solver with a passion for making homeownership a reality. With a background in finance from Temple University, I combine my analytical skills with my great attention to detail. My favorite thing about this industry is building strong relationships and learning something new everyday. I enjoy a challenge, finding ways to match the puzzle pieces in tough loans to move them forward. I love to walk a first time homebuyer through the process, as well as see an investor make passive income from building their portfolio. I utilize all loan types – Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, as well as a bunch of Non-QM options. I take pride in helping current homeowners lower their payments through refinancing or fund home improvements with a home equity loan.

I come from a strong real estate background, from witnessing my mom run a Pennsylvania top producing team, to watching my dad find solutions to making tough loans work. I was bound to find myself in the same industry. It is the best feeling knowing I get to work with my family by my side every day.

In my free time, you'll find me hanging with my mini dachshund Frankie, and hanging out with my lovely family and friends. I enjoy being creative and staying active, whether that's a good craft night or a gym session.
